Hi, I'm Karen! I'm a licensed realtor specializing in selling in New York City and in Park City, Utah. I'm a national speaker, an amateur stand-up comedian, and have a degree in marketing and journalism. Throughout the years, I have crafted my skills on video, from strategizing the video goals, writing the scripts, envisioning the video and all of the components, and learning everything I can when it comes to distribution. With a special place in my heart for coaching and watching agents find confidence to make their own videos, I created this course specifically for beginners, as not all of us have a Hollywood crew and professional writers. For many, we just have to find the courage to start!

 

I'm the daughter of two accountants with no sense of humor. When I get nervous I laugh, and yet I performed stand-up comedy in New York and followed the likes of Jerry Seinfeld, George Wallace and Jim Gaffigan. No thanks to my parents who didn't provide me with much material to work with.
